Inspired by TS Eliot’s Four Quartets, the paintings in her new exhibition evolved through a process of visual thinking. Ineke explains, “The words of TS Eliot slowly entered my work whilst the Old Master looked over my shoulder. Time present met with time past.”

Originally from the Netherlands, Ineke has lived and worked in the United Kingdom since the early 80’s. A well-established artist, she has widely exhibited in public and private spaces in both this country and internationally.

Alongside the exhibition a new publication will be available to purchase. This introduction to her work includes four short essays accompanying works throughout the years.
