Tom Morton is a curator, writer and Contributing Editor of friezemagazine. In this two-part workshop he leads a close reading of artists’ statements provided by participants.

Session 1: (6–6:30pm)

‘The Work is Not Enough’: a seminar on the necessity of the artist’s statement, and of avoiding its many pitfalls. 

Session 2: (6.30–7:30pm)

‘My Practice Explores Modalities of Dissensus and the Potentiality of Post-Internet …’:  a workshop on clarity, beauty, confidence and trust.
