Pick of the Week 2015

May's Guest Editor: Sally Watkins

Every month we invite a Guest Editor to select our Pick of the Week feature. Chosen from the activities listed in our events pages they select highlights from across the region.

This May we welcome artist Sally Watkins.

Sally is one of 3 curators with b-side and a director since 2009. She also manages artists commissioned by b-side working in live art and performance, visual arts and text based practices. Prior to working for b-side she was an associate lecturer in performance at Dartington College of Arts and a practising artist.

Her research interests include performance/archaeology and collaborations and exchange in site-based practices; between residents, audiences, artists and non-arts disciplines, exploring notions of relinquishment, participation and ownership.
