Deadline Monday 21 August 2017
Budget £3,000 - £4,000
The successful artist will need to create a set of 6 birdboxes modeled on the houses of the village of Stourpaine in Dorset, these will then be situated on poles along the front of the development.
The chosen artist should be able to demonstate previous examples of working with wood. It would be beneficial if this was in the context of work created for the public realm.
In your proposal please include a link to your online portfolio. As well as a breakdown of costs including labour, materials, and delivery. A summary of how you plan to complete the project, details of materials and finishes and an idea of the overal asthetic that you hope to acheive.
We're particularly keen to see how this model village of birdboxes could be interpreted in a contemporary way.
