east bristol contemporary presents

ebc night school

WHAT IS IT?

A 6 week 'art school' course run by ebc together with 6 contemporary Bristol based artists. Each week will begin with an artist talk, followed by a workshop devised by that week's artist. Workshops will give the class an insight into ideas and processes explored by the artists in their work, or could introduce the group to other interests that influence the artists' practices.

All materials will be provided by ebc. There may be occasions when participants will be asked to bring a laptop / smartphone - we will make you aware of this beforehand and will work out any issues that may arise.

There will be time to look over / critique the results of the workshops at the following week's session.

WHERE IS IT?

The ebc night school is supported by Arnolfini Space in Kind. Sessions will run in the Light Studio on the top floor of the Arnolfini.
