Quality of Experience Study

What is Quality of Experience in the Arts, and how do we measure it? This study unpacks and conceptualises Quality of Experience. Researched and delivered with Annabel Jackson Associates, in partnership with Arnolfin with additional support from Plymouth Arts Centre, Newlyn Art Gallery & Exchange and Spike Island the conceptualisation paper can be found here >>

The full methodology testing took place in 2013-14 in partnership with Spike Island, New Brewery Arts, Arnolfini and b-side multimedia arts festival. The full programme can be downloaded here, and an interview giving further information on the whole project can be found here.
