Field Art Projects

Field Art Projects was set up in 1999 by Theresa Bergne, a curator and producer based in Bristol specialising in commissioning artists to work in the public realm. Projects include Janet Cardiff’s 40 Part Motet, and the public art programme for the Barts Breast Care Centre in London. Recent Bristol projects include the public art programme Future Perfect, and WAMA, a multi-disciplinary art project for Sovereign Housing in Barton Hill. They are currently developing a series of commissions as part of the refurbishment of the Bristol Beacon, the city’s premier concert hall.
