Prema Arts Centre

Prema Arts Centre is situated in the picturesque village of Uley (between Dursley and Stroud). The arts centre is housed within Bethesda Chapel - a beautifully restored Georgian baptist chapel and the brainchild of world-renowned, Stroud-based ceramic artist Andrew Wood in the early 1970s. The venue offers a year-round programme of performances, exhibitions, classes, workshops, creative experiments and free family-based cultural activities. It receives funding from Stroud District Council and is one of Arts Council England’s National Portfolio Organisations. The arts centre receives in excess of 74,000 visitors every year.
