Stories in Art showcases the work of five very different artists working in the South of England.  Andrew Walworth, Eliza Parker, Jitka Palmer, Maaike Pope Zurcher and Aliceson Carter tell different compelling Stories in Art in their diverse creative styles and chosen media.

Stories in Art brings to an end our eclectic 2018 series. Jitka focuses on interaction with the human form, Maaike uses an allegorical style as she responds to social injustice caused by war, illness and economic malaise. Eliza creates landscapes with a focus on form and colour and Aliceson uses video as the medium through which to explore the actions and notions of coastal erosion. Andrew's pieces are portrait-based expressions of remembrances of people he has known and loved.
