August's Guest Editor is Emily Bull

Every month we invite a Guest Editor to select our Pick of the Week feature. Chosen from the activities listed in our events pages they select highlights from across the region.

This August, Emily Bull, Creative Producer at Creative Youth Network, is making the selection.


Emily Bull is based in Bristol and works as the Creative Producer at Creative Youth Network. She is also a member of Visual Arts South West's steering group.

Emily has an MA in Arts Management and career background in audience and community engagement in the Arts. She brings together stakeholders, artists, spaces and communities to create, participate and deliver, with a particular focus on young people primarily from disadvantaged backgrounds and emerging young artists. Emily is also a Clore Cultural Leader, Mentor and Coach.

From 16 August to 2 September The Station hosts The Paper Show, an exhibition by a group of young artists based in Bristol, which features a wide range of work including fashion photography, comic book illustration, portrait painting and collage.
