Artist Support Activist

We are looking for someone generous to their peers, ready to share their networks, creative solutions, and experience.

Following our partnership with Kiota Bristol we are looking for an experienced Artist who is Black, from the African Diaspora, from the South, East and South East Asian Diaspora or who is ethnically diverse to join our team for a year to continue the work started through this partnership.

The role works alongside our two other Artist Support Activists to deliver support to Artists and Creative Freelancers and embed this knowledge and experience into Theatre Bristol driving its programming and lobbying. These roles are at the heart of the organisation and our creative process.

You will also work with our Creative Director to develop partnerships and strategies to continue to broaden our reach and commitment to representation across the sector.

This role is an excellent opportunity for artists to share their invaluable perspective and know-how, whilst continuing to develop their own work.
