John Hansard Gallery is currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Front of House team as a Gallery Assistant.
John Hansard Gallery is currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Front of House team as a Gallery Assistant.
The Front of House team are key to the visitor experience and engagement with Gallery’s programme of exhibitions, talks and activities. The role involves supporting the Duty Manager in the day-to-day management and security of the building, ensuring visitor safety by complying with Health & Safety and emergency evacuation procedures.
Gallery Assistants also undertake administrative and money-handling duties for the Gallery’s retail offer, help in gathering audience feedback and visitor statistics, support access initiatives, and provide occasional set up and invigilation for out of hours events.
