PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR
We are looking for an experienced Project Co-ordinator to programme and oversee a series of training workshops, and a legacy film.
As we come to the end of the three-year Arts Council Collection National Partners Programme, we are looking for an experienced Project Co-ordinator to programme and oversee a series of training workshops, and a legacy film of our New Voices Programme.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Managing an overall budget of up to £22,000 we are asking you to achieve the following:
Liaising closely with the gallery Programme Team, and other colleagues, you will devise a series of workshops and events for each of the curator groups that we have worked with. Creative workshops will be delivered by local and national makers. You will be responsible for project managing and reporting on this programme, which has a budget of up to £6,000.
Liaising with the Director, you will organise and oversee legacy training by national specialists for gallery staff and volunteers to ensure the knowledge gained through working in partnership with the different groups is embedded and disseminated throughout our organisation. We envisage this to be whole organisational training covering the following areas: Unconscious Bias; LGBTQIA+, Disability and Diversity. Plus, training to improve organisational productivity and good practice: climate literacy; time management; recruitment and HR; Health & Safety; exhibition technical and digital training; and brand focus and maximising earned income training. This project has a budget of £10,000.
Liaising with the Programme Team, you will commission a film maker to create a legacy film documenting the impact of the National Partners Programme on the communities we have worked with. With our Digital Producer you will deliver and market this film, which has a budget of £6,000.
Please note all projects must be completed by 31 Aug 2022 with a further month available for project review and dissemination.
