Are you a small creative business, a group of practitioners or an artist looking for space in Falmouth, Cornwall? Grays Wharf is a thriving studio complex and art centre in Penryn which is home to a community of 16 creative tenants, ranging from painters to illustrators, ceramicists, photographers, writers and film makers.

We currently have a beautiful large waterside studio with sink and river views available from October, suitable for a variety of users, from sole practitioners to desk-based sharers. We welcome individuals or businesses working in any aspect of the creative sector and provide a supportive cultural hub with our on-site events and gallery spaces. Benefits include:

We can divide the studio informally on request or keep it as one open space as required. It measures 26.7 sq meters (287 sq ft) and the rate is £223.50 (+ £30 service charge pcm) each for 2 sharers, but please contact us for rates for more people or for sole occupancy.
