Studio Vacancy

Making Space has a vacancy in one of our seven individual studio spaces. Professional artists and makers looking to develop their practice and/or business can apply to rent a studio for an initial two years. As well as having a professional space to think and make, they have access to the knowledge and networks of staff, trustees and freelancers, as well as opportunities to earn income from teaching, project work, sales and commissions.

Our studios are approximately 16 square metres, with 24/7 access, parking, heating, lighting, water, and internet/phone points. Prices range from £176 each (with 2 people sharing) to £226 a month (individual tenancy), plus metered bills. Each studio has a bespoke gate designed by renowned artist Jacqui Poncelet.
