A Tonne Of Feathers is a social action public art exhibition bringing young people's voices and concerns to life through dynamic artworks.
Creative Youth Network, together with MAST Mayflower Studios and Southampton City Council, bring you a public art exhibition that raises the voices of young people from across the South West of England, including those that live in Southampton.
Since the start of 2021, emerging artists from the region have been delivering social action art workshops with communities in Southampton, Bristol and Weston-super-Mare to harness the voices of those who seldom get heard – young people.
In this week long exhibition of visual arts, the pieces touch of subjects of equality, belonging, neurodivergence, and rights. Acuminating in a series of 7 artworks spread across East Park and MAST Mayflower Studios, this trial of social action artwork celebrates diversity and brings together generations.
