Lucy Grant and Vicky Wiltshire are working with Helston's Museum of Cornish Life to create a lantern procession for St Piran's Day. Join them in a studio at CAST during the half-term week to learn new skills and create the willow lanterns that will illuminate the streets of Helston on Saturday 5 March.

The workshops are free and open to all, but we encourage you to book a ticket in advance via eventbrite to allow us to manage the number of visitors. It is also fine to drop-in on the day and join in when there is space.

The project is supported by the Welcome Back Fund, funded by the European Regional Development Fund. The Welcome Back Fund supports the safe return to high streets and helps build back better from the pandemic. The specialist training Lucy and Vicky received to help them develop the project was supported by Cultivator Cornwall through their Individual Skills Development award, funded by the European Social Fund.
