A chance to take part in an exclusive plein air painting competition in the grounds of Bowood House & Gardens.
Spend a day painting en plein air at the spectacular Bowood House & Gardens to support Wiltshire charity Arts Together in improving the wellbeing of isolated and vulnerable older people in the community.
Set within 100 acres of beautifully landscaped ‘Capability’ Brown Parkland Bowood House & Gardens sits in the heart of Wiltshire between Derry Hill and Chippenham. An Italian-inspired Terrace Garden surrounds the Grade I listed Georgian House and a magnificent lake stretches out into the distance creating many opportunities for the landscape painter in this unique event. Accompanying friends and family can spend the day experiencing all that Bowood has to offer and everyone can enjoy our home made cakes and creams teas.
